Mentor Coaching for Coaches
I offer mentor coaching for those on the path towards ICF or PAAC certification, or anyone looking to deepen their coaching skills.
I’ve completed the ICF PCC Marker Training and work as both an instructor and assessor for an ICF- and PAAC-accredited ADHD coach training program. I bring a deep understanding of the ICF Core Competencies and PAAC Essentials—and an equal passion for the real-life journey of becoming a great coach.
Mentor coaching is about growing into your own style while staying aligned with the standards that shape powerful coaching.
Here’s how we can work together:
One-on-One Mentor Coaching (for certification)
Specifically tailored to meet the ADDCA Mentor Coaching certification requirements by focusing on the ICF and PAAC Competencies. I will provide support, encouragement, and detailed feedback on your coaching sessions and recordings.
Ongoing Individual Mentor Coaching
For coaches who want to grow, reflect, or refine their coaching craft.
Ongoing Individual Family Mentor Coaching
This offering is especially for coaches who work with families, parents, children, or teens—and want a reflective space to grow their skills, explore ethical or tricky scenarios, and stay grounded in best practices.
Together, we’ll walk through real-life cases, celebrate what’s working, and unpack the parts that feel complex or stuck. Whether you’re navigating multi-stakeholder coaching, confidentiality questions, or how to apply the ICF/PAAC competencies in a family context, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Group Mentor Coaching
Join a small, supportive group of coaches and grow through connection, practice, and feedback. I offer two distinct tracks:
-
Skill-Building for Certification
Designed for coaches preparing their recording for graduation and certification. Usually a set number of sessions (between 5-12). We’ll focus on coaching demonstrations, competency-based feedback, and what the markers actually look and sound like in practice.
-
Ongoing Peer & Mentor Support
Ideal for family coaches who want a reflective space to share case scenarios, talk through challenges, and stay aligned with best practices.
Referral Directory Listing
Coaches who complete a minimum number of sessions and opt to pay an admin fee can be listed in my referral directory, which I share with my client waitlist and network.
What It’s Like to Work Together
You can expect a supportive, strengths-based space that honors who you are as a coach—and who you’re becoming. I won’t just focus on the markers (though we’ll definitely cover those!). I’ll help you:
-
Tune into your coaching presence and personal style
-
Understand and apply the ICF and PAAC competencies with confidence
-
Explore what makes your coaching powerful
-
Practice and reflect in ways that feel human, not performative
Ethics & Standards
All mentor coaching is grounded in the ICF Code of Ethics and PAAC Ethical Standards. This means you can count on confidentiality, clarity, and respect every step of the way.
