Coaching Services for Children and Teens

ADHD and executive function coaching begins with helping my clients learn to recognize and manage their own regulatory systems with confidence.  This includes understanding and managing their attention, emotions, activity, and impulsivity.  I work with the whole family in order to better understand the individual with ADHD or executive function challenges and develop a system of support for achieving the family's goals.

What to expect

I generally work with families in my office in NE Seattle or remotely on a weekly or every other week basis.  Appointments are usually 50 minutes and are divided between time spent working with the child alone and with the parent/caregiver and child together and sometimes with the parent alone.  I try and make appointments fun and engaging through play-based coaching activities.  In some circumstances, I may be available to meet your child at their school, an afterschool location or in your home.  This would include an extra fee for travel.
