Coach Bethany
(She, Her)
“I can’t even tell you how much today’s coaching helped!!
All the things we discussed helped me tremendously getting through the end of this project today.
I kept a healthy pace… breathing, resting, watering… :-)
There was one point where I went too far and said to myself, “This is going to suck” - and caught myself immediately!
And you know what?! Because of it, I was able to learn a new thing about the program I am using that I never knew before!
I KNOW that if we hadn’t spoken today, that learning could not have happened.” Christina M.
When I am not coaching, I can be found hiking the trails of the Pacific Northwest, paddleboarding on Lake Union, eating a meal on my deck with my friends and backpacking, bicycling and playing games with my family.
I am a Professional Certified Life Coach specializing in ADHD and Executive Function. I am also an instructor and mentor at the ADD Coach Academy, a training program that specifically focuses on coaching those with ADHD, and one of the few that is fully accredited by the ICF and PAAC. I am passionate about supporting my clients, of any age, through the process of understanding the way their unique brain works so they can develop supportive strategies and systems that are interesting and relevant to who they are. I have ADHD myself and so I understand at a very personal level the impact of ADHD. That said, I wouldn't trade my brain in for any other. I am grateful for my curious, determined, passionate, playful, open mind. It's a big part of what makes me a great coach!
