Tracey Stewart
Associate Coach
ADHD & Family Coach
I am a certified ADHD Coach working virtually and in-person in Seattle, WA. I earned my certificate at ADDCA, which is the global leader in ADD/ADHD Life Coach Training. This program is rigorous and highly regarded worldwide. I am also pursuing certification with the ICF, which is the International Coaching Federation. I am a member of the ACO (ADD Coaches Organization) and a member of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder). I was diagnosed late in life, and I have learned how best to work with my unique brain chemistry to be productive and happy. With my own diagnosis, I went down the ADHD rabbit hole, learning everything I could get my hands on so you don’t have to! Prior to coaching, I worked in Tech and Special Education, and my corporate and educational experience adds to my coaching perspective. I am always looking to solve the neurodivergence puzzle in order to help my clients think better, work better, and feel better. If you are diagnosed with ADHD or suffer from lack of executive function, I can help you find a way through our modern life to a way of doing things that’s best for YOU and your brain. And hopefully in pursuit of your goals, I can help you understand that although you might be different, different can be amazing!
